Karen Carey is a Registered Nurse, Business Owner, Singer, Songwriter, Author, and Internationally Recognized Certified and Accredited Coach (IAPC&M), helping women (and men) to become complete, body, mind & spirit. Focusing on filling cups to overflowing. Instilling self-care first so that one can give 100% to others. You can’t pour from an empty cup!

Before starting a business, Karen worked 3 years in education, 10 years in the accounting arena, 26 years as a Regis‐ tered Nurse (12.5 were management/administration), 10 years as a youth sponsor (volunteer) and 6+ years in women’s ministry (volunteer). After a successful career helping countless others, and mentoring many, Karen now coaches on how to care for oneself, body, mind, and spirit so that one is fully equipped to pour into others in a ‘complete’ positive and healthy way. Being filled, then filling others’ cups in a positive way, that they too can then pour into others.e complete, body, mind & spirit. Focusing on filling cups to overflowing. Karen enjoys singing, writing music, bowling, playing volleyball, spending time with family and walks on the beach.
